The very exclusive homes built in one of Seattle’s oldest neighborhoods required large specimen trees. With square footage at a premium on Capitol Hill, the development required large, tall trees to accompany the taller, ornate exteriors without a lot of planting room. With no real equipment operating space, Big Trees utilized the construction company’s tower crane to rig, pick and crane in the larger trees providing an instant impact on the entire development.
